About the role

Luxury skincare, famous for their elegance and prestige stance in the market their whole ethos is built around a overall experience when you go in store. From skincare lines to full facial treatments they are a hybrid between a luxury store and prestige spa.

Here is what you will typically do within your role:

  • Managing the day to day running of the store.
  • Implementing key strategies to grow in store business and elevate overall experience.
  • Building relationships with local businesses and cross collaborations to elevate brand presence.
  • Development and education of the wider team performance.
  • Assisting with hiring strategy and process within store to ensure the best level of team.
  • Reporting into the General Manager.

  • A strong growth mindset, being able to quickly adapt to changes and be proactive with implementing direction.
  • Impeccable eye for what the customer wants and who the brands community.
  • Experience managing a team, developing, and growing your team.
