About Our Founder, Leon Cortez
Welcome to Cortez Agency. After over 6 years in sales from the age of 17 and then moving into recruitment I have over 8 years’ worth of experience across sales and recruitment and now I want to leave my stamp on the industry, and bring a new energy and new life to how ‘recruitment’ is deemed – this is an agency to reduce time, increase your brand’s growth and profitability as well and making it enjoyable, I mean your business is growing that why you’re here right? ITS EXCITING!
I came into this sector from being a makeup artist when I was younger and studying fashion – quite a rogue combination with sales I know – but I fell in love with the people, the passion, the energy, and how much of a gorgeous industry it is to be in. It’s magical, we work years to get into the industry, and to be where we are let’s keep that magic!
