SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER – LUXURY BEAUTY

About the role

We are currently hiring on behalf of a luxury beauty brand that we have worked with since launching the agency famous for their staple products, they are in a pivotal stage in their growth with NPD launches taking place this year and exciting collaborations.

With organic celebrity endorsement from the likes of Bella Hadid, Beyonce, The Kardashians and more they are at the forefront of cultivating luxury within the products positioned in the likes of Harrods. Their products have won global awards several times over and sit strong within their market for their subtle and effortless aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Taking full ownership of the Social Media function.
  • Create end to end strategy plans across all social media platforms year round.
  • Leading the end to end content creation and editing for all socials.
  • Working with the CEO on NPD campaigns, shoots and content days.
  • Ensuring cohesion throughout all platforms, content, and campaigns.
  • Building out influencer outreach strategies staying on brand.
  • Managing department budgets to maximise brand ROI.
  • Analyse key data consistently to proactively adapt to trends and content performance.
  • Driving key brand community within all platforms.
  • Maintaining the brands aesthetic.
  • Staying ahead of trends whilst looking at new and innovative ways we can be ahead of the industry with our unique placement in the beauty space.
  • Reporting into the CEO & Founder

What you will need

  • A strong growth mindset, being able to quickly adapt to changes and be proactive with implementing direction.
  • Strong experience managing TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and any necessary.
  • Desirable if you have a good background using photography equipment to ensure luxury highend content
  • Impeccable eye for what the customer wants and who the brands community is.
  • A natural flare for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset is key.
  • Keen to get stuck in and take ownership of outcomes.

How will you grow in the brand?

As the brand growths throughout the EMEA and US sector and the social / marketing team develop this role would progress into a Head of Global Social Media position.
