About the role

We are hiring on behalf of a Manchester born beauty brand famous for their staple products, they are in a pivotal stage in their growth with NPD launches taking place this year and exciting collaborations. Now reaching into the skincare sector we are looking for a social media powerhouse with high energy, a natural flare for content and direction to be apart of the brands next era.

Location: Manchester, Office / Studio Based with 1 day WFH after probation

Responsibilities:

  • End to end strategy planning of all NPD launches
  • Producing full 3, 6 and 12mth strategy plans for all social channels.
  • Taking full ownership of the Social Media function within the brand.
  • Managing a team of 6 including 2 TikTok Presenters, affiliates manager and content creators.
  • Create end to end strategy plans across all social media platforms year round.
  • Building out and managing your own in house team for the social and marketing function to maximise growth within the brand.
  • Ensuring cohesion throughout all platforms, content, and campaigns.
  • Building out influencer outreach strategies.
  • Working with your affiliate manager to ensure paid content campaigns and guidelines are met.
  • Managing department budgets to maximise brand ROI.
  • Analyse key data consistently to proactively adapt to trends and content performance.
  • Driving key brand community within all platforms.
  • Staying ahead of trends whilst looking at new and innovative ways we can be ahead of the industry with our unique placement in the beauty space.
  • Reporting into the CEO & Founder
